By purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
​The Highness Society is exclusively reserved for women and individuals who identify as women.
By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to remove any member who does not comply with this eligibility policy. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

3. Membership Access
​Upon successful payment, members receive access to the private community and its associated content.
Membership grants access only for the duration of an active subscription.
Access is personal and may not be shared.
Attempting to share login details, distribute invite links, or provide access to non members may result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Subscription & Billing
​Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize automatic payments using your chosen payment method.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
It is the member’s responsibility to manage their subscription.

5. No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content and private community spaces, all payments are final and non refundable.
This applies to:
• Monthly memberships
• Annual memberships
• Promotions
• Events
• One on one sessions
No exceptions will be made unless required by law.

6. Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After expiration, access to all community areas and materials will be revoked.

7. Community Conduct
The Highness Society is built on respect, discretion, and mutual support.
By joining, you agree to maintain a respectful presence within the community.
The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Sharing confidential member information
• Spamming or unauthorized promotions
• Disruptive or harmful behavior
We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these standards without refund.

8. Confidentiality
Members agree to respect the privacy of the community.
Content shared inside The Highness Society may not be copied, recorded, screenshot, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.
Protecting this environment is essential to maintaining a safe and trusted space for all members.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, branding, videos, resources, and teachings provided within The Highness Society remain the intellectual property of The Highness Society.
They may not be reproduced, sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Educational & Informational Disclaimer
The Highness Society provides educational and informational content related to personal growth, mindset, business, finances, lifestyle, and wellbeing.

Members remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

11. One on One Session Disclaimer
Private sessions are intended for guidance, educational insight, and personal support only.
They do not replace licensed professional services such as therapy, financial planning, legal counsel, or medical care.
All session purchases are final and non refundable unless required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability
The Highness Society is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
• Participation in the community
• Use of shared information
• Member interactions
• Technical interruptions
All services are provided "as is."

13. Right to Modify the Community
We reserve the right to evolve, modify, improve, or restructure the community, its content, pricing, and offerings at any time.
Our commitment is to continuously elevate the member experience.

14. Account Responsibility
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
Any activity occurring under a member’s account is their responsibility.

15. Payment Fraud & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of suspected fraud, payment disputes, or chargebacks.

16. Governing Law
